Workshop for Administrative Staff

On November 3, an interactive workshop was held for the administrative staff of Caucasus International University on the topic: “The Power of Conversation: How to Improve Internal Communication.”

The session was led by Nino Gomarteli, founder of EGO Consulting and a mentoring coach. During the workshop, the speaker discussed the main challenges of internal communication, the impact of emotional intelligence and psychological safety on employees, as well as the key principles and rules of effective communication.
In addition to theoretical topics, the event was distinguished by its engaging and fun activities.

The workshop was organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service/ Human Resources Management Department of Caucasus International University.
