Training Course “Career Compass” Successfully Ended
The training course “Career Compass”, organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University has successfully ended.
The final session of the program was dedicated to the topic “Who Am I in the Professional World?” The session was led by Maka Mzhavanadze, founder of the company QBQ, trainer, and career consultant, who shared self-awareness–based methods, practical tools and individual perspectives on professional development with the participants.
“An important tool for students’ career development is the “Three-Zone Principle”—the zones of comfort, fear, and growth. The comfort zone includes activities that are already familiar, yet career advancement begins at the next stage, the fear zone, where individuals face new challenges and develop the skills they need through this process. After overcoming this stage, young people move to the growth zone, which contributes to strengthening knowledge, competencies and professional self-establishment,” stated Maka Mzhavanadze.
The closing ceremony was attended by Tamar Inasaridze, Vice-Rector and Head of the Academic Process Management Service of Caucasus International University, who awarded certificates to the participants of the training course.
Within the framework of the meeting, the audience had the opportunity to receive answers to their questions. Students from all five faculties of Caucasus International University attended the event.
The training course was moderated by Guram Liluashvili, Coordinator of CIU Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service.
