Stress Management Training at CIU
On December 4, a stress management training was held at Caucasus International University for the staff. Training was led by Tamar Kuratishvili, Master of Psycho-diagnostics and Psycho-counseling, psychologist, psycho-consultant, psychotherapist.
During the training, emphasis was placed on such important issues as: factors causing stress, stress symptoms and conditions; Progressive relaxation techniques, psychophysiology of stress, eustress and its positive aspects; Anxiety and systematic desensitization during stress, ABCDE-technique, what is occupational stress, some common ways of combating behaviors harmful to health.
Various exercises and techniques to combat stress were used and discussed in the interactive format meeting.
The training was organized by the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University.
