Effective Interview with Employer

On March 20, a workshop on the topic "Effective interview with the employer" was organized by the Service of Life-long education and Career Development of the Caucasus International University.

At the meeting, the representatives of the "Hiro" company: Mariam Metonidze, the head of HR of "hiro" and Neliko Kotorashvili, the HR generalist of "hiro" talked about the current situation in the labor market of Georgia, the demands of private businesses in relation to candidates, issues related to salary and other working conditions, as well as , the speakers discussed in detail what skills are needed for employment in the desired position in the modern environment.
