A meeting on the topic: “What Do Employers Expect from Us?” was organized by Caucasus International University Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service on October 23.

The meeting was led by Teona Janelidze – the first woman in dispatching, logistics expert, and mentor, who shared not only theoretical knowledge but also real-life cases and formulas for success in the career based on her many years of experience.
The goal of the event was to introduce students to the demands of the modern labor market and the employers’ expectations. During the discussion, the following topics were discussed: employers’ evaluation criteria, soft and hard skills, professional ethics, responsibility, and adaptability in the modern work environment.

An interesting part of the event was a simulated job interview conducted for students, aimed at assessing their practical skills and preparing them for real recruitment processes.

The discussion was held in an active Q&A format, allowing students to directly ask questions and receive specific recommendations regarding their professional development.

The event was opened and the audience was addressed by Guram Liluashvili, Coordinator of the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service at Caucasus International University.
