Job Fair 2025
A large-scale job fair was held at Caucasus International University on November 4. The event was organized by CIU Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service. More than 50 medium and large companies, as well as government agencies and representatives of various sectors, participated in the event.
The aim of the fair was to create an environment for students and graduates that would enable them to directly connect with employers, learn about the demands of the labor market and demonstrate their skills better.
The event was opened by Kakhaber Korzaia, the Rector of Caucasus International University, who addressed the participants and guests of the forum:
“Dear guests, students, and company representatives, I am pleased to welcome you all. I am delighted that today Caucasus International University is hosting the Job Fair — an event that once again highlights the mission of our university: to create all the necessary conditions for the career development of our students and graduates.
More than 50 companies are participating in this year’s fair, offering around 150 vacancies. This is an important opportunity for young people to establish direct communication with employers, gain a better understanding of the demands and needs of the labor market, and showcase their abilities.
The job fair serves as an effective platform for collaboration not only between students and employers but also among the academic sector and partners from various industrial fields. Such initiatives play a crucial role in strengthening the close integration between the university and the labor market, enhancing practical experience, and supporting career development.
I do believe that this event will provide each participant with valuable knowledge, connections, and practical experience that will play a significant role in their career growth. I wish you all productive and successful communications,” stated Kakhaber Korzaia.
The participants of the fair were also addressed by Guram Liluashvili, Coordinator of CIU Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service:
“The Job Fair is a very important event for young people, as it brings together students, graduates, and employers in one space. Such forums give young people the opportunity to better understand the requirements of the modern labor market, demonstate their skills and take their first steps toward building a professional career.
For us, as a university, the success of our students and their real connection with the working environment is of great significance — and today’s fair serves exactly that purpose,” noted Guram Liluashvili.
Within the framework of the event, students and graduates had the opportunity to learn about the activities of various companies, submit their resumes, and engage in direct communication with potential employers.
The Job Fair once again highlights the priority of Caucasus International University — to support students’ professional development, expand their career opportunities and promote their integration into the labor market.
