Career Navigation in the Digital Age – Masterclass at CIU
On December 23, the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service of Caucasus International University organized a masterclass titled “Career Navigation in the Digital Age: Tech HR and Recruiting Technologies”.
The aim of the workshop was to introduce students to the modern employment ecosystem from three interconnected perspectives. The event emphasized the entire employment chain: entering the system through recruiting technologies, digital adaptation, and creating business value through the use of strategic vision.
During the meeting, three industry leaders shared their experience with students in the following areas:
HR Thoth – George Kharatishvili (Chief People & Product Officer):
The speaker highlighted recruiting technologies, the operating principles of ATS systems, and the role of artificial intelligence in the initial screening of candidates.
Octarinox – Levan Kipiani (COO – Chief Operating Officer):
He reviewed digital industry standards, the demands of the technology market, and the necessity of managing a professional digital identity.
MAVEN – Luka Bakradze (Founder and Managing Partner):
He discussed the critical importance of business thinking and strategic vision for any specialist in managing modern business processes.
During the interactive part of the event, a quiz was held, as a result of which students received innovative packages from HR Thoth.
Three winners were awarded the Premium AI Package. This package is designed for Power Users and includes unlimited access to AI models, priority support, and advanced features such as an AI Salary Negotiation Assistant and an AI Career Chat Assistant.

MAVEN: will conduct a practical career-focused masterclass for participants;
MAVEN will also provide accounting outsourcing services for student startups.
Within the framework of the event, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed, officially confirming the parties’ readiness to support students’ professional development. The memorandum was signed by Davit Kiladze, CEO of HR Thoth, and Kakhaber Kordzaia, Rector of Caucasus International University.
