Irma Mikadze, Head of Human Resources Management Department of Civil Service Bureau conducted a public lecture - Employment in Public Service for Caucasus International University students.  

The speaker placed emphasis on the specificity of the public service, the internship program and the employment portal HR.gov.ge.

Irma Mikadze introduced the advantages of internship state program to students: acquiring professional experience, developing practical skills and creating equal conditions for employment.

The head of the Human Resources Management Department gave specific tips and recommendations about how to write resume or a cover letter correctly and advised them to prepare for an interview in advance.

During the meeting, the speaker listened to the students' opinions and answered their questions.
