Tamar Benidze, Head of Human Resource Management Service at Georgian Credit and Gvantsa Saatashvili, Recruitment Specialist - Gvantsa Saatashvili met CIU students. The event was organized by Caucasus International University Career Development Service and supported by JSC Georgian Credit Human Resource Management Service.

The guests conducted a master class “Main Techniques for Successful Job Interview” for students of Educational Program in Business and discussed such significant issues as: CV writing and preparing for job interview. The students received concrete advice and recommendations from the representatives of Georgian Credit within the framework of the master class.

As stated by Tamar Benidze, Head of Human Resource Management Service of Georgian Credit, in the course of interview small details create the final picture and the employer forms certain impressions about the applicant. So she advised students to prepare and mobilize for each stage.

At the concluding part of the master class, students filled in applications provided by the representatives of Georgian Credit. The company offers vacancy of sales officer and it is active in every branch.

The company will select CIU students on the basis of filled application forms and they will have interview in the near future.
