On June 5, Caucasus International University Personnel Management Office and the Life-Long Learning and Career Development Service organized a training on the topic: “Emotional Intelligence” for administrative staff. The event aimed to promote the development of administrative resources, improve effective communication and emotional self-regulation skills in both professional and personal spaces.
The training was led by Irma Kvachadze, a clinical psychologist, body-centered psychotherapy and psychosynthesis specialist, and a coach-trainer.
At the event, the speaker mainly placed emphasis on the following issues: Fundamentals of Emotional Intelligence; Emotional Intelligence in Practice: Leadership, Communication, and Decision-Making; Emotional Self-Regulation, Personal and Professional Growth.
The session was characterized by interactivity, participant engagement, and open discussions.
