A masterclass on the topic: “Proper Career Planning Against the Background of Contemporary Challenges and Characteristics Required in Order to Present Yourself Properly to the Employer” was organized by Caucasus International University Career Development Service and the support of the leading platform of informal education “Kant’s Academy” specially for Caucasus International University students on November 13, 2018. The event venue was the University Conference Hall.

Miranda Gabunia, Kant's Programs Manager and Head of HR Department presented as a speaker in front of the students and discussed the following significant issues:

• Proper CV writing techniques by taking into consideration modern standards;
• Rules for searching web-portals and vacancies;
• The significance of writing cover letters properly;
• General rules for preparing for effective interview;
• General overview of career stages in public and private sectors.

The speaker focused on informal educational platform – Kant’s Academy and introduced the projects which are implemented by the above mentioned academy.

It is worth mentioning that the participants of the masterclass were awarded special certificates.
